Tasty Tuesday: Honey Joys

This is one of Mr Sparky's favourites, this and chocolate cake. The good thing is they are quick and easy to make so they can be whipped up as a tasty surprise.

Honey Joys

90g Butter
1tbsp Honey
1/3cup Sugar
4cups Corn Flakes

1. Melt the butter, sugar and honey together in a saucepan stirring over heat until the mixture goes frothy.

2. Take off the heat and stir in the corn flakes. Mix well so the cornflakes are coated.



3. Spoon cornflake mix into patty papers and cook in the ovan at 150 degrees celcius for 10mins.


4. Have a taste test. Yummy!
